SPORTS EVENT: Dinamo Trophy – Zagreb and Velika Gorica

As the summer has started, so has the time for summer sports tournaments. Among the most popular tournaments are the ones from the sport that is growing more and more in every aspect. It’s about FUTSAL! Futsal is a reduced version of big football. Futsal is indoor football, but it can be played on an outdoor futsal field.

Dinamo Trophy

One of the biggest events related to the Futsal world is the Dinamo Trophy, which has been held every summer since 2017 (except for the pandemic year 2020). As such, Bracopone is participating in this event for the second year in a row, which includes photography and graphic design.

The Dinamo Trophy is futsal competition. That competition consists of “qualifying” tournaments and a grand finale. Futsal teams collect points at tournaments all over Zagreb and surrounding cities. The best teams play the final at the beginning of September. The final matches are played immediately before the start of the exhibition match. In that match, Futsal Dinamo represents the team for the new season.

Tournaments

The first tournament took place in Dugave, where the winner was Futsal Zagi Adriatic Osiguranje. During the creation of this text, the tournament in Velika Gorica started. The tournaments featured some well-known names such as Pizzeria Stari Zagreb Borongaj Lugovi, Futsal Zagi, Poliklinika Milojević, Poliklinika Ribnjak and others.

Powerful winners, young hopefuls, and new futsal players are the three things that marked the first tournament. The reason is that even the younger teams like the “4+1” playing system. The tournament also included teams that do not play futsal, at least not professionally.

The summer stage is open, and there will be no shortage of good food and atmosphere, as well as cold beer. So come and enjoy all the sports and accompanying activities and facilities.
